Magic EdTech is seeking an Associate Vice President of University Sales to help drive revenue growth across the higher education market. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated hunter with a proven record of success in higher education sales and have a deep understanding of digital learning technology.  

Major Responsibilities  

  • Define and execute business development plans to deliver consistent growth for Magic EdTech in the higher education market  
  • Leverage university contacts, networking opportunities, and cold calling outreach to identify, target, and establish new customer relationships  
  • Create and conduct engaging sales presentations in person and via web conferencing 
  • Serve as a thought leader on digital learning technology and evangelize the use of leading-edge tech, such as Cloud and AI, as a critical tool for the future of education  
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing teams to maximize reach  
  • Work closely with Solutions and Delivery leaders to ensure client satisfaction 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Several years of proven hunting and sales success in the higher education market  
  • Demonstrated success selling IT consulting and/or outsourcing services  
  • Existing relationships with decision makers in the target market  
  • Adept at relationship building; committed to delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to work with teams across different time zones and travel as needed
