Magic EdTech is seeking an Associate Vice President, Cloud Sales to drive revenue growth for AI and Cloud LLM services across the learning and education markets. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated hunter with a proven record of sales success and will have an expertise in digital learning technology and the ability to have conversations with Cloud, Data and AI teams. 

Major Responsibilities  

  • Define and execute business development plans to deliver consistent growth for Magic EdTech AI and Cloud Services across the learning and education markets 
  • Leverage current market contacts, networking opportunities, and cold calling outreach to identify, target, and establish new customers  
  • Create and conduct engaging sales presentations in person and via web conferencing 
  • Serve as a thought leader on digital learning technology and evangelize the use of leading-edge tech, such as AI, as a critical tool for the future of education  
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing teams to maximize reach  
  • Work closely with Solutions and Delivery leaders to ensure client satisfaction 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Several years of proven hunting and sales success within EdTech, publishing, workforce development, and higher education markets 
  • Demonstrated success selling IT consulting and/or outsourcing services, including Cloud and AI services  
  • Existing relationships with decision makers in the target market  
  • Adept at relationship building; committed to delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to work with teams across different time zones and travel as needed
