Vivi is seeking a talented, visionary Chief Operating Officer to join their high-performing, passionate team and help drive rapid scale through operational ownership. The Chief Operating Officer will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering a positive company culture, and optimizing efficiency and performance throughout the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing key functional areas including Finance, Operations, People and Culture, and Customer Success.
As a member of the Vivi Executive Team, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of SaaS businesses and a proven track record in scaling operations on a global level. They will be comfortable in a high-stakes leadership role that demands accuracy, consistency and timely decision making.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive team in developing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth
- Provide insightful analysis, data driven insights, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure financial health and growth of the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitability, cost optimization, and overall financial performance
- Design and execute robust operational processes and systems to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high levels of quality across all business functions
- Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency, scalability, and resource allocation to meet changing business demands
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the company’s core values and promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and development
- Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier professionals, and build a high performing, diverse team
- Lead the Customer Support and Customer Success Teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences are delivered and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved
- Mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Implement measures to safeguard data security and customer confidentiality
- Successful leadership track-record scaling a B2B SaaS business from an Operations and Finance perspective
- Committed to the use of data analytics to drive operational excellence including dashboards and analysis
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Exceptional people leader who has grown, developed, and inspired diverse, high-functioning teams across multiple regions
- Proven ability to work effectively across levels, functions, and geographies
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and outcomes
