Lecturio is the leading international medical e-learning provider. They have built a highly advanced and comprehensive healthcare education platform, which has been adopted by many leading medical and nursing schools around the world, and features educators from Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins, UCL, Imperial, and more.

They are seeking a strategic Chief Revenue Officer to lead their global institutional sales efforts.  Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical role will define, lead, and execute a global growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in complex sales, grown an international sales organization, and developed a repeatable model for sustained commercial success.

Major Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute a global growth strategy for institutional sales that supports the Lecturio long term goals and delivers rapid and sustainable growth
  • Generate annual revenue plan by current/new markets and provide quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications
  • Plan and execute comprehensive sales campaign strategy in coordination with marketing
  • Create accountability by developing optimal performance metrics, closely monitoring results, and coordinating alignment activities
  • Optimize all aspects of institutional sales though supporting processes and systems that support repeatable growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent by providing career development and performance management that sets people up for success and increases employee engagement
  • Identify, secure and nurture strategic partner opportunities to improve the organization’s sales success
  • Enable the sales department to thrive and grow personally and professionally, creating an environment of appreciation
  • Actively engage in Lecturio business development activities across the world to support team, nurture relationships, and increase market understanding
  • Contribute as an active member of the global leadership team ensuring alignment with the business strategy and sharing professional knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven executive track record leading and growing international sales, preferably SaaS solutions
  • Successful experience building high-performing teams across markets
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage the strategies and processes across the total revenue cycle
  • Outstanding intercultural competencies
  • English language proficiency
  • University degree required, Master’s degree or higher a plus
