Find Your Grind’s curriculum, designed for middle school and high school, is delivered through an AI-powered approach to learning, self-discovery, and career exploration – helping students become future-ready in a rapidly evolving world.

As a rapidly growing start-up, Find Your Grind is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Sales who can establish an efficient go-to-market strategy and expand upon existing business development infrastructure to deliver on Find Your Grind’s mission and vision. The ideal candidate has experience scaling a national sales team, a deep understanding of the K-12 sector, and a record of achieving sales goals.  

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead business development operations, including customer forecasts, pipeline, and quota setting processes, along with the development of sales workflows, processes, and critical metric reports
  • Onboard, train, and coach the sales team members with objective target setting, performance reviews, and ongoing support to meet and exceed their individual goals
  • Work cross functionally to support the go-to-mark priorities including RFPs, proposals, pricing, B2B marketing, and revenue operations
  • Collect customer feedback, and provide recommendations for product development
  • Provide recommendations on the product and business development to the company management, technology, and productions teams
  • Optimize the sales team to deliver high performing conversion rates, through proven experience and leverage quantitative sales data to guide sales conversion improvements
  • Fully own the Hubspot CRM stack for Sales Operations, including data and reporting quality
  • Support the sales team in closing deals, assisting with key accounts, and driving business development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership track record in the K-12 market
  • Demonstrated success hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in a startup environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable about using a CRM and associated data to guide leadership decisions
  • Experience in EdTech and an understanding of curriculum programs usage in schools
  • Highly developed organization and planning skills
  • Live in the United States
