Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) is a mission-led organization that provides crisis prevention and management training to reduce the frequency and severity of behavioral challenges and violence in the workplace. With steady expansion of their Safety-Care Crisis Prevention Training Program across North America, QBS is significantly improving the safety of educational, residential, and programmatic settings that serve individuals with challenging behaviors.

QBS is seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead and manage the overall revenue cycle including marketing, sales, and recertification processes. This role is a key member of the leadership team working alongside the CEO to ensure the continued success of this fast-growing company. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated leader with experience in marketing and sales in a high-volume industry.

Major Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by effectively managing the overall revenue cycle, including marketing, sales, and recertification process
  • Create and implement consistent, scalable processes for Marketing, Sales, and Recertification that maximize efficiencies with technology and automation
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategy and oversee all marketing functions including campaigns, conferences, and relationship with marketing agencies to ensure high ROI
  • Maximize sales opportunities through quality lead generation, new business development, and consistent customer retention and growth
  • Establish and report on meaningful metrics for marketing and sales to ensure processes are functioning properly and generate insights for continuous improvement
  • Develop marketing channels and metrics for scaling additional investment
  • Coach and manage a high-performance sales team by providing career development and performance management that ensures individual and team revenue goals are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team to set organizational strategy and goals


Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience driving marketing and sales functions in a high volume B2B environment
  • Fluent in data use to drive RevOps agenda
  • Process and playbook builder including marketing automation, sales automation, and effective CRM implementation  
  • Led and developed a collaborative team
  • Reside in greater Boston/RI area with the ability to work in North Attleboro, MA headquarters 2-4 days per week
