To support their multi-year aggressive growth plan, they seek a talented District Partnerships Manager to achieve sales goals through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and developing new district relationships in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the K-8 Texas education market and a successful track record in district sales.
Major Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales revenue goals
- Grow key territory of new business and build a strong pipeline of new, qualified prospects in Texas
- Nurture and grow existing accounts
- Meet and exceed sales quota and all activity goals as set by the management team
- Deliver presentations, both virtually and in-person
- Speak knowledgeably about TinkRworks’ products and differentiate from competitors
Preferred Qualifications
- Several years of successful K-12 sales experience at the district level
- Ability to secure net-new business and expand strategic relationships
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong account management skills and ability to prospect, present, and close sales
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) a must
- Understanding of the Texas education landscape; strong contacts throughout the region
- Capability to work remotely with the ability to travel across Texas as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
