To support their multi-year aggressive growth plan, they seek a talented District Partnerships Manager to achieve sales goals through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and developing new district relationships in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the K-8 Texas education market and a successful track record in district sales.

Major Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales revenue goals
  • Grow key territory of new business and build a strong pipeline of new, qualified prospects in Texas
  • Nurture and grow existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and all activity goals as set by the management team
  • Deliver presentations, both virtually and in-person
  • Speak knowledgeably about TinkRworks’ products and differentiate from competitors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of successful K-12 sales experience at the district level
  • Ability to secure net-new business and expand strategic relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong account management skills and ability to prospect, present, and close sales
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) a must
  • Understanding of the Texas education landscape; strong contacts throughout the region
  • Capability to work remotely with the ability to travel across Texas as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
