Alumni Educational Solutions is searching for an Education Solutions Manager to join their forward-thinking team and lead sales efforts in Tennessee and Kentucky. They will be the driving force behind bringing cutting-edge furniture solutions to schools and educational institutions in their region, while also managing and supporting a network of dealers.

The ideal candidate will be a proven outside sales professional with deep Education market knowledge. They will be customer focused and a dealer-support Expert. This individual will be an excellent communicator with the motivation to exceed both sales goals and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities: Connect with educators and school administrators to understand their needs and demonstrate how Alumni Educational Solutions products can meet them.
  • Showcase Products: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the unique benefits of the furniture.
  • Provide Solutions: Collaborate with customers to design customized solutions that enhance their learning environments.
  • Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, surpassing targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the Education sector.
  • Support Dealers: Develop and maintain dealer network, providing training, resources, and assistance to help them succeed.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to stay at the forefront of the market.
  • Represent Brand: Represent Alumni Educational Solutions at trade shows, conferences, and networking events, showcasing their innovative products and generating leads.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Professional: Proven experience in outside sales – hunting for and closing net-new business.
  • Education Market Knowledge: Understanding of the education market, preferably within furniture or other hard goods.
  • Dealer-Support Expert: Experience in managing and supporting dealers, with a focus on mutual growth and goal attainment.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships, with an emphasis on long-term success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools, with a knack for leveraging technology to drive results.
  • Driven & Ambitious: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and relentless in the pursuit of excellence.
  • Market Based: Lives and works in Tennessee or Kentucky.
