To meet the high demand for their product, they seek an inspiring and motivated Field Sales Director to lead their outside sales team through rapid growth and to expand their customer base.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive expansion strategy of a rapidly growing field sales team to accelerate the pace of new school district sales and existing customer revenue
  • Hire and onboard new field account executives
  • Train, coach, mentor and manage a high-performing field sales team
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop mastery of the NoRedInk solution and the competitive landscape
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to track sales productivity and pipeline, ensuring data integrity and allowing your team to work collaboratively
  • Forecast accurately and transparently; consistently review team sales performance
  • Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, and the scrappiness necessary to succeed at a small company
  • Exemplify NoRedInk’s mission and values

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive K-12 field sales management experience, with a strong preference for curriculum-related products
  • Built and led field sales team of hunters to develop and grow territories
  • A proven track record of managing high performing teams that consistently meet or exceed quotas
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement solutions like Outreach to optimize sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability to identify/secure net-new business and retain/expand strategic relationships
  • Thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent market experience/knowledge
