OETC is seeking a remote Marketing Coordinator in the Portland, Oregon area to play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director in executing campaigns, producing content, coordinating events, and maintaining the organization’s digital presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a mission-driven team, helping deliver marketing initiatives that engage education leaders, and drive strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be organized and proactive with proven experience in impactful marketing execution, content planning, and campaign coordination.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising
- Support content creation, editing, and publishing for blogs, case studies, white papers and social media. Coordinate content calendar to ensure timely delivery across platforms
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system. Monitor email performance and support list segmentation and A/B testing initiatives
- Support logistics for conferences, webinars, and lunch-and-learns, including vendor coordination, materials prep, and follow-up communication
- Manage and monitor digital and social media channels, including updating website content in alignment with SEO strategy and scheduling content for social platforms
- Provide sales enablement support by preparing sales presentations, marketing collateral, and case studies. Ensure brand consistency across all shared marketing assets
- Collect, compile and analyze key marketing metrics such as campaign ROI, website traffic, and lead funnel performance. Assist in preparing performance dashboards
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform sales and marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing execution and coordination
- Demonstrated knowledge of and use of digital and content marketing tools and platforms
- Detailed-oriented with excellent writing, proofreading, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Work remotely and live in Portland, Oregon metro area
