The platform functions as a data management and information sharing portal in a single location and has improved results for more than one million learners and their families.
Otus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow the Otus brand throughout the Eastern US through the acquisition and expansion of new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a K12 setting, a proven track record in B2B sales, and an interest in technology solutions. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
- Develop new business through complete sales cycle of prospecting, establishing relationships, understanding needs, providing solutions, closing, and account servicing
- Consistently grow account relationships by understanding district goals through client engagement and advising how Otus can best support these goals with new offerings
- Stay current on competing resources in the K12 education market and recognize opportunities to sell Otus solutions in a variety of educational environments
- Represent Otus at various education conventions, regional events, meetings, and gatherings for prospective districts
- Deliver exceptional online and on-site product presentations to large and small groups
- Consistently exceed sales goal through the development of an advanced sales pipeline with accurate territory forecasting
- Experience in K12 teaching or administration
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales
- Proficiency or interest in technology solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced start up environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and analytical skills
- Capability to work remotely and to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
