To support their rapid growth, Encore is seeking an experienced K12 Sales Executive to achieve revenue goals through prospecting, developing accounts, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, creative relationship builder with a successful record of closing new business in the K-12 market.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a plan aligned with the Encore strategy to consistently grow revenue year over year in the US market
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by increasing share of wallet, retaining existing accounts, and acquiring new customers
  • Create business opportunities by actively pursuing, presenting to, and following up with prospects
  • Build network and opportunities by representing company and presenting at external events and conferences
  • Track, grow, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to forecast and close revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other key departments to deliver on creative sales plans and impactful customer proposals
  • Attain and maintain high retention rates by consistently bringing value to accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the K-12 market
  • Successful sales experience including both hunting and account management skills
  • Self-motivated and always learning with the capacity to drive sales by working independently
  • Effectively builds relationships both externally and internally
  • Motivated and adept at working remotely
