Magic EdTech is seeking a Vice President, Account Management to drive the revenue growth of their global accounts. This role will be both an individual contributor and a leader for those that manage the largest accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, successful individual contributor and an expert in digital learning technology with the ability to have technological conversations with large clients in all markets. 

Major Responsibilities  

  • Define and execute business development plans for the Global Accounts Management team to deliver consistent growth for Magic EdTech’s largest accounts 
  • Lead the account planning and review process for existing accounts  
  • Manage a team of account managers leading large accounts for MagicEdTech 
  • Create thought leadership content about digital learning technology and evangelize the use of leading-edge tech, such as Cloud and AI, as a critical tool for the future of education  
  • Coordinate with marketing team to plan innovative campaigns to maximize reach  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Extensive experience in a senior global accounts management position, managing enterprise-level accounts 
  • Several years of proven account management success in EdTech and Publishing ecosystem 
  • Successful experience leading a high-performance team of account managers  
  • Existing relationships with decision makers in the target market  
  • Demonstrated success selling IT consulting and/or outsourcing services  
  • Adept at relationship building; committed to delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to work with teams across different time zones and travel as needed
